Level 2 FAQs
Q: I have failed in Level 1 proficiency exam. When is the next examination and how can i apply ?
A: The dates for the next exam will be emailed to you by the student services department. The exam will be conducted with a gap of 30 days. Revise the course material and take the required guidance from your instructor promptly.
Q: Why are the final exam answers not revealed ?
The final exam questions are confidential. To avoid the possibility of students advising other candidates about the exam questions and content, we do not disclose the final exam questions. However you are welcome to ask your instructor on the topics you have scored less. This information is disclosed only on phone.
Q: I’ve not submitted my fee to Level 2 within the allotted batch dates. How should i join now ?
A: Students who fail to apply for Level 2 within 30 days for any reasons (including medical), should re-apply for a fresh Level 1 proficiency exam by paying a fee of Rs.1800/- (indian students) and $45 (international students).
Q: I am currently a Level 1 student and would like to “upgrade” to Level 2. Is that possible?
A: Only students who have successfully cleared Level 1 proficiency exam are eligible to apply for Level 2 program.
Q: I know I can’t claim to be a C.H.A (certified handwriting analyst) until I complete Level 3 and become certified. What can I say to represent that I am pursuing certification?
A: You may not use any references to Board Certification or the examination to become Board Certified unless you are actively certified. You may state that you are working toward your official certification, but you should not mention the title C.H.A in your resume.
Q: I have not received email from HAI about the seat allotment details to Level 2.
All successful students will receive the emails on a first come first serve basis. Also include our email address ( info@hai.in ) in your address book contacts. Sometimes emails may not get delivered to inbox. Check your spam/ bulk folder.
